You will be given user requests to the voice
assistant. Your task is to assign one of the specified topics to the query.
Themes:
1) Entertainment- the
user wants to receive in response some video, music, or game. The correct behavior
of the assistant can be the transition to the corresponding application, for
example, YouTube, Yandex music, and launching the game.
This does not include factual questions such as film
history, discography, or game studies. For example, "Tell me about the
history of the GTA game series", "linkin park discography", and "How many films did Tarantino make" are not included.
2)
Factual questions
A factual query is a question that is most likely to
be answered on Wikipedia, movie search, or similar sites - it can be popular
science information, biographical facts, definitions, facts about musical
performers, filmography, and so on. In this task, factual queries do not
include user queries about themselves (for example, "Tell me what you know
about me") or queries about goods/services (for example, "How much
does insurance cost", "Where to buy a scooter").
3) Support - the user
needs technical support - unable to connect the equipment (microphone,
joystick, headphones, etc.), or enable/disable something (for example,
"how to enable children's mode", "how to view the
subscription"). The correct answer in this case will be instructions on
how to fix the problem.
4) Product information - you
need information on the cost, the functionality of the product, and characteristics
(tell us about the subscription/device/product, how much the device/subscription costs, and what the device/product can do). The correct answer in
this case will be information about the requested product. Important: this
category includes only requests about Sber ecosystem products! Requests like "buy
a bike", and "insurance in Barnaul" are not included in this
category, but "buy a bike in a savings megamarket", and "cyber
insurance in Barnaul" is suitable.
5) Request is not clear - the
user's request is not clear without context, or is not fully recognized by the
assistant ("when she was born", "pcs times an aqueduct").
6) Other- any request that does not fall under the
above topics.
